The PHON:E:ME CD, a collaboration between the artists Mark Amerika and Erik Belgum, are tracks from the PHON:E:ME net art site which was featured at the Walker Art Center's Gallery 9 and was part of the "Let's Entertain" traveling exhibition, with stops in Paris (Centres George Pompidou), Miami (Miami Art Museum) and Portland (Portland Art Museum). PHON:E:ME was a finalist in the Art Category at this year's Webby Awards and was featured in the Art Gallery at the 2000 SIGGRAPH show.
