In this edition of Alt-X Audio, we release a unique combination of sounds organized by Alt-X Audio producer Mark Amerika. The one continuous track is called "Avant-Pop Buddha Remix" sampling both Amerika's and Andrew Currie's electric guitar riffs and a variety of natural and industrial sounds Amerika conducted live at the Tosho-gu Buddhist Shrine in Nikko, Japan. Paraphrasing the words of John Cage at the end of the Foreword to his book "Silence," Amerika asks: "What nowadays, America into the 21st Century, is Zen?"
