I think Abe Lincoln would tell us to take time out to slow down, and that we look better when we smile and when we're sleeping. He would tell us not to be too conservative, to seek out new experiences. He would say that sweating the small stuff is a good title of a book, and that however bad the situation seems, this too shall pass.
I think Abraham would tell us to all rub our chins even if we don't have a beard, because it feels good and helps us think.
